WELCOME TO MASSACHUSETTS
HOME OF HAWTHORNE ACADEMY

Massachusetts is home to the most famous witch trials known in
American History and it also home to Hawthorne Academy.
A fully grown witch or wizard could easily defend themselves
against the flames or the water accused “witches” were killed with,
but the uneducated were left on their own. Seeing the potential
disaster, three witches met together, and realized what they
had to do. Viane, Kynan and Khalon’s main goal was simply to
teach their fellow magical people how to protect themselves,
but they never could have imagined what they had just started.

Flash forward over three hundred years, and you’ll see what has
now turned into one of the most prominent wizarding schools in
the world. From first years to seventh years, Hawthorne hosts
some of the most diverse students you can find. From muggleborns
to purebloods, from the humble to the extremely stuck up, you
can find just about anything or anyone at Hawthorne.

For the most part, the Ministry of American Magic leaves the
school to it’s own devices, knowing that the succession of
headmasters and headmistresses is one that can handle just
about anything on their own. The question is, can the students?
Will they be ready to face not only school, but their future after it?
Or will they fall short? Only you can decide…

HOME OF ROWAN INSITUTE

Rowan Institute isn't nearly as old as Hawthorne Academy, but
it's getting to be just as prestigious, especially since it's one of
the only Institutes of higher learning for witches and wizards
in the world.

Rowan Institute is there for anyone who wants to keep going
with their education beyond just Hawthorne, for people who want
to go back to school, or even for people who just don't want to
face the 'real' world just yet. Whatever the reason, Rowan always
has a place for everyone who wants to walk it's vine-draped halls,
so make sure your character finds theirs!

ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE

Welcome to Hawthorne Academy for the Magically Inclined,
where anything is possible. Any kinds of characters are welcome,
and creativity is at your fingertips. Character development is the
key here, you are in charge of your own character’s destiny, and
with that, the entire board’s destiny. Members and Characters are
the focus and they will eventually decide where the board will turn
so... Enjoy your time here and just have fun!
